Responsibilities- Serve as the an application analyst and administrator
- Assist with defining the various control product roadmap items
- Work with the Product Owner and Manager to develop a long-term strategy for third-party products inclusive of cost, technology and the full life-cycle roadmap
- Be aware-of and versed-in all third-party product functionality supported by the respective product area
- Serve as the point-of-contact with third-party software product owners or functional super users.
- Be aware of how the business is utilizing supported third-party applications and the underlying business problem they are solving with it
- Work cross-functionally with other product teams to ensure decisions are in alignment with the overall portfolio strategy
- Display first-rate customer service skills - willing to help with a positive attitude when/where needed
- Partner and gain buy-in with stakeholders and users to create better cohesion and clear communication throughout the organization
- Work with third-party software vendor's Product Owner and Product Manager to translate requirements into features and user stories (backlog) for a product release
- Understand current business problems and opportunities and convey the needed information to Product and Support teams to drive solutions
- Understands product adoption measurements and partners with Product Manager to drive a plan to address adoption constraints
- Serve as a product spokesperson at meetings and events involving internal company stakeholders
- A minimum of 2+ years of construction project cost management preferred, or 2+ years of business analyst experience
- Working knowledge of standard cost control methods utilized in the execution of various types of construction projects (EPC, Joint Venture, Lump Sum, time and Material) - preferred
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or computer science - preferred
- 1-3 years in construction industry/ Field/Project Experience - preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to synthesize and articulate complex concepts targeted at multiple audiences
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%-25%
