Job Description

As a Team Coordinatorin theOmaha, NE office, you will provide administrative and project specific support to 25+ project managers and technical professionals. Requests will vary, and include scheduling meetings, attending meetings and taking detailed notes, generating reports, entering and maintaining accurate project information in database, and routine internal and external follow up. You will proofread and review contracts to verify accuracy of both the text and the necessary components needed to maintain company standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking, creatively solving problems, and tracking large amounts of detailed work on a daily basis.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Creative Writing, Paralegal, or closely related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and the capacity to learn new software
  • A passion for detailed work
  • Client service expertise
  • Self starter and great at taking initiative
  • Ability to work independently to prioritize and maintain workload
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • 5 years of experience in accounting, operations, executive assistant, or similar
