Capacity Service Coodinator

Job Description

The main purpose of this position is to assist and support the Dedicated Capacity Manager and Dedicated Capacity Sales Representatives with daily administrative functions such as load input, load track and trace, customer service and basic operational reporting for the Dedicated fleets.

· Building, tracking and tracing of all Dedicated Backhaul loads across the Dedicated network

· Manages the [emailprotected] email group by providing customer service to both inside and outside customers

· Billing/Invoicing Ownership

· Various reports based on department need

o PIN Report

o Load count report

· Providing assistance / training to dedicated teams regarding backhaul procedures
