Education Specialist’s deliver comprehensive education and support services to our clients in group and one-on-one settings via online (virtual) and in-person training engagements, which enable our clients to effectively utilize their CAD software.Provide virtual (online/remote) instructor-led training with the possibility of some in-person trainingProvide post training support and mentoring and follow-up services to customersAssist in reviewing and creating training content and curriculumCreate intellectual property (videos, whitepapers, tech tips, etc.) for distribution to clients and/or posting to IMAGINiT’s client portal or eLearning platform for client consumptionProvide technical assistance, guidance and support to Trainers and Support TeamPerform technical support (telephone, online, in-person) duties to assist the support teamCreate and administer user skills assessmentsDeliver software and industry-related technical presentations at seminars, workshops, conferences, user groups and client sitesSupport sales staff with pre-sales activities related to training and consulting services
