If you are a software developer and live in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, or Texas, this could be the perfect remote opportunity for you! The ideal candidate for this position will effectively be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code across a breadth of products used both internally and externally at the company. Applicants with a growth mindset and the ability to work both independently and with a team are strongly preferred. This role is with a company in the Retail industry.What you get to do every day- Offer clear and consistent liaise around solutions and time estimate to client-facing program management teams- This job is for someone who can maintain and develop new features to internal and external facing software to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues on various operating systems- Join up with Scrum team to ensure factual work estimates- Rectify and produce production support- Routinely operate code-review and team up with other developers, and mentor junior developers Requirements - 5+ years of experience preferred- Practical knowledge of e-Commerce Application- Good understanding of Microservices- React experience- Quality experience with Agile Scrum- General familiarity with bootstrap- Strong familiarity with JavaScript- Strong C# .NET experience- Well-founded grasp of bootstrap- Wide ranging experience with Azure SQL Database- Earlier work involving Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD)- Proven knowledge of Angular- SQL Server experience- If you have experience with software development life cycles, e.g. Agile, Big Bang, Spiral, Waterfall, etc., you will be strongly preferred- Experience documenting, crafting, and testing APIs- It is preferred for applicants to have familiarity with scrum- You'll be a good fit for this position if you can write clean, standardized code that performs optimally in highly concurrent environments- Familiarity with full-stack development (front-end, to middle/application tier, to database) are required for success at this position- Knowledge of education standards such as QTI/APIP, SIF, AIF, is required for success at this position- You'll be a good fit for this position if you have experience with at least one framework/library, e.g. Vue.js, Polymer, Angular.js, React.js, Ractive.js, Knockout.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, etc. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
