Key responsibilities

- Recognize and resolve risks proactively

- Lead cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions

- Recognize and manage project interdependencies

- Create and work on complex project plans and key milestones

- Leverage the project team talent by assigning people to tasks accordingly

- Arrange project priorities with strategies/objectives

Requirements

- Can work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

- Strong familiarity with negotiation

- Project management experience desired

- Project Deliverable experience highly desired

- Foundational knowledge in Bid Management

- Practical knowledge of government contracts

- Adeptness in Microsoft Office Suites

- Microsoft Project experience required

- Demonstrated knowledge of proposals and RFPs

- General familiarity with RFQ Process

- Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

- You'll do well at this position if you are flexible and focused

- To be considered, you should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience

- Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

- Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management

- You might be a good fit for this position if you have a Project Management (PMP) certification

- Sound written and verbal communication skills
