The Senior Solution Engineer will be responsible during the implementation phase for service integration. Implementation of SSO and push and pull delivery channel integrations will be needed along with ensuring reporting data delivery to Internal Data Warehouse. The successful candidate has experience in a technical lead role and is capable of planning, designing, developing, coordinating and providing overall integration subject matter expertise. The candidate should have excellent communication and relationship building skills. Capable of working with various consuming applications to understand and implement requirements. This individual would also have oversite of internal incident management and quality control. What you're good at

• Providing technical consultation and supporting SaaS implementations.
• Ensuring solutions are in line with the organization's vision and architectural strategy

• 7+ years of application development and implementation experience
• 5+ years of System Analysis experience
• 3+ years of Java development experience
• 3+ years of SQL experience
• Previous experience with Neahaus is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with business and technical teams to understand requirements and impact analysis
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
