Well-established Property Management Company is seeking a highly motivated Full/Part Time Grounds workers for our Lincoln, NE properties!

Responsibilities:

Play a key role in making our apartment communities a great place to live!

Maintain grass areas by operating mowers and string trimmers

Plant and maintain flowerbeds by mulching and pulling any weeds

Responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image which includes cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, or any other public areas

The ideal candidate will be high energy, have a roll up your sleeves mentality, positive attitude, warm, friendly and service oriented philosophy, high degree of flexibility and tolerance for change, effective written and verbal communication, and organized and detail oriented.

Qualifications:

Full/Part Time positions available.

Previous grounds maintenance/landscaping experience a helpful

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Basic working knowledge of equipment such as mowers, trimmers, fertilizer spreaders, irrigation, etc.

$13 per hour

Applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
