Open Enrollment Representative

NTT Data is assisting our healthcare client looking for an Open Enrollment Representative on a temporary basis.Title: Open Enrollment RepresentativeTemporary (6 Months)Location: Lincoln, NESchedule M-F 8am-5pmAs the Open Enrollment Representative you would be responsible for processing/inputting in new/renewing member applications for our healthcare client.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Data entry for members applications
• Responsible for updating members profiles with updated information
• Making outbound calls to gather missing application information (no inbound calls)
• Disenrolling members who are not wanting to renew their health plan

• 2 years of data entry
• Health plan/Healthcare experience
• Strong attention to accuracy
