At this time, but limited to, the existing books of business are in Health, Personal, Property, and Casualty Lines of Authority. The position will participate in developing, maintaining compliance, and executing licensing strategies for new and existing clients. As such, our License Director functions as an integral and indispensable part of the outsourcing industry and they are key players in Teleperformance's organization.Responsibilities:Your duties and responsibilitiesWell rounded knowledge of HealthCare Life and Health Licenses and BFSI P&C licenses

Manage assigned clients required licenses/appointments portfolio to include personal, health, property & casualty

Manage a team of licensing coordinators

Maintaining extensive book of business of active NPNs and CEs

Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards

Creating, Projecting, Reconciling Budgets

Responsible for managing day-to-day tasks required to meet and maintain license compliance.

Experience with Creating new and managing existing license reporting/analytics

Maintaining relationships with relevant 3rd Party Partners pertinent to DOI compliance

Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Collaborate on the development of licensing strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key insurance POCs

Experience in developing client base within licensing verticals

Maintain communication and reporting with assigned business owners of logos entrusted to license department

Responsible for ensuring program delivery and licensing readiness for all onboarding milestones outlined in SOWs

Qualifications:Your skills and qualificationsMaintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization

Manage and evaluate regulations and legislations for licensing activities to ensure appropriate implementation and strategies

Maintain knowledge on all compliance trends and recommend changes for all company processes

Experience with managing multiple License portfolios in excess of 10,000

Capacity to work independently and make decisions within a cross departmental team

5+ years of leading licensing department contractual and DOI compliance

5+ years of leading groups/team members of 20+ personnel

Innovation oriented with leading reporting automation

Experience in assisting pricing around license personnel, process, and controls

Extensive knowledge around state requirements to procure and maintain compliant licenses
