This role supports day-to-day operations for the EDGE (early career rotation program) program, experiential learning, assessments and career advocacy.Key ResponsibilitiesEDGEWork with EDGE participants to understand career interests

Track and maintain records of EDGE participants

Organize and facilitate EDGE orientation

Review training curriculum annually and propose adjustments

Manage relocation packages as needed

Attend Staffing meetings as needed and work with business leaders to identify future rotation spots for EDGE professionals

Facilitate and coordinate annual training summit

Administer annual survey to EDGE professionals

Support maintenance of Operation Manuals, Guides and other supporting documentation

DimensionAssist with maintaining Dimension site

Partner with Career Engagement Consultant to create and facilitate Dimension cohort events

NextOppsAssist with maintaining, and improving NextOpps site

Collaborate to ensure NextOpps is tied to development programs

Act as a resource to professionals that plan to utilize the NextOpps site

Career AdvocacySupport mentorship, sponsorship and other career advocacy programs.

Propose ideas and develop strategies to implement resources and materials that enhance the experience of BV careers

Assist with maintenance and refinement of the mentoring site

Experiential LearningSupport process for identifying professionals to match with development experiences

Handle communication to professionals regarding experiential engagements

AssessmentsTrack participants and communicate pre and post assessment communication

Align assessment participants to assessment navigators

Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and ad-hoc reporting. Partner with advanced workforce analytics team to develop efficiencies in reporting via mediums such as Microsoft Power BI

Supports exit interviews with program participants as needed

Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements

Management ResponsibilitiesMinimum Qualifications4+ years experience in one or more functional areas.

Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or information technology, or equivalent experience
