Description of WorkThis position will assist with front desk duties such as answering incoming calls, assistingCCFLstaff, trainees, maintenance crews, delivery persons, and visitors. Will assist with the downloading, uploading, and archiving of training videos. Will assist with the creation and print production of various training materials. Will provide office support with various other duties as needed. Will assist in scheduling webinars for trainers and others and monitor webinars as needed. Will assist in video and audio recordings. Will add content to online classroom (OC) as directed by project directors. Will field tech calls from trainers. Working knowledge of general office procedures and general office equipment. PC-based word processing and spreadsheet software program skills. Experience must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, detail orientation, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and to work within established procedures.Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate may have relevant coursework, or specialized training beyond high school.
