Our eyes are on the future and we need you to help make it happen, join us.QualificationsWhat you will doAs a member of the Talent Team, you will coordinate numerous talent acquisition programs across our locations. You will work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to provide direction and leadership to build a pipeline for emerging talent from universities. You will influence leaders across the organization and you demonstrate strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of an internship program, overseeing and coordinating the program, assigning interns to various departments, and managing the relationship with their supervisors. You will also act as the liaison between Bank of the West and the educational institution.Partnering with the HR Business Partners to understand the needs of future talent, you will shape the evolution, management and execution of a strategic internship program to support and achieve business goals.What you needExperience in managing and overseeing an internship program and evidence of talent acquisition expertise.

Innovative and creative thinking.

Strong communication and leadership skills. Must be strategic, influential and confident in building relationships with employees at all levels.

An understanding of advanced management approaches, such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

10-12 years minimum prior relevant experience
