Room Attendant

The Ranch at Rock Creek is seeking meticulous and guest-focused Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. This position is central to maintaining the pristine conditions required to deliver a Forbes Five-Star luxury experience across all guest rooms and common areas. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to excellence, this is an outstanding opportunity to contribute directly to the unparalleled comfort of our guests.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecute daily cleaning and servicing of assigned guest rooms and common areas with extreme attention to detail and efficiency.Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including making beds, changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking luxury amenities.Prepare rooms to meet rigorous inspection standards and readily accept feedback to maintain quality.Monitor the function of guest room appliances, electronics, furniture, and fixtures, promptly reporting maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor.Maintain organized storage areas and communicate supply needs to leadership to ensure seamless operations.Maintain the strict security and confidentiality of all guest property and information.Respond courteously to guest requests and escalate complex issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.Assist with the maintenance of public spaces and support laundry operations as needed.Skills and CompetenciesAbility to perform assignments with minimal supervision while maintaining focus on minute details.Demonstrated ability to work cohesively with colleagues to support a high-performing team.Ability to use radio communication systems professionally and respond to calls in a timely manner.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.Physical DemandsAbility to stand for long periods, move frequently between areas, and perform continuous physical duties including bending, pushing, and kneeling.Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.Disclaimer: This job posting is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contract of employment.
