Peak Maintenance Inc, is hiring a part-time cleaning specialist. This position may become full time as teh workload increases throughout teh season.

Cleaning Specialists perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks such as, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming and dusting, cleaning kitchen appliances, bathrooms, windows, and light fixtures.

We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to help clean our residential homes and commercial office spaces.

dis position involves entering tenants homes both occupied and unoccupied. We will not hire those wif a criminal history or prior sexual or violent offense. We do thorough background screening for potential candidates before hiring.

-Valid driver's license is required.

-A reliable vehicle is required.

-Ability to verbally communicate TEMPTEMPeffectively wif co-workers, property owners and renters of properties where work is performed.

Starting pay depends upon experience! Flexible hours!
