Provides clerical support to the Human Resources (HR) Department.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records, and documentation.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately and consistently named.
Assists with onboarding and offboarding related duties for site specific personnel.
Participates in and transcribes minutes for Human Resources staff meetings, circulates to team members, and files for retention.
Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Recommends new approaches to effect continual improvement in efficiency of the department and services performed.
Participates in developing, performing, and tracking department goals, objectives, and systems.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and personnel records.
Works in a team environment with other HR Managers at other sites/locations.
Adheres to all One Health Policies and Procedures.
Participates in performance optimization and risk management activities as required.
Cooperates and abides by all elements of One Health’s Compliance Program.
Provides exceptional customer service and models the mission of One Health when interacting with internal and external stakeholders promoting a positive image for the health center.
Performs other duties as assigned or required with or without prior notification.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications:
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Valid driver’s license
Preferred
Associate Degree in Human Resources or Health Administration; or four (2) years work-related experience
Experience:
Preferred
One (1) years’ experience in Human Resources
