Loader Operator – Gravel Pit

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our gravel pit operation. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in an aggregate or construction environment and will prioritize safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile material

Load trucks accurately and efficiently according to weight and material requirements

Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Follow all site safety procedures and company policies

Assist with other duties in the pit as needed

Qualifications

Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment (gravel pit experience preferred)

Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong safety record and attention to detail

Physical ability to perform job duties in outdoor conditions
