General Duties:

There is no elevator in the Lodge. Therefore, climbing stairs (up to 3 flights) is required throughout shift

Applicant must be able to lift up to 80 lbs (i.e. sand and laundry bags, guest luggage)

Must be able to operate a Kubota BX 2350 Tractor

Must be able to work off of ladders if necessary.

Applicant is assigned with maintaining the entire lodge from a maintence perspective

Applicant must work closely with the entire staff to ensure that all maintenance issues get addressed asap

Perform light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry jobs as needed

Perform guest requests (delivering luggage to rooms when necessary)

Maintaining proper chemical levels in hot tub and documenting chemical checks throughout shift.

Perform light housekeeping duties throughout common areas (emptying trash/maintain adequate supplies)

Applicant's immediate supervisor is the General Manager. In his absence, then applicant will

report to the Front Office Manager and then Director of Sales in that order.

Must have a clean driving record

Two shift will begin at 7am to 3pm & two at 3pm to 11pm Ending time may vary based upon business.
