Inventory and Warehouse Specialist

Anderson ZurMuehlen is looking for an Inventory and Warehouse Specialist to work in our Helena office, helping ensure companies across our region receive the IT products and services they need to succeed. This position uses our CRM software to fill sales orders, ensure accurate inventory counts, track sales orders, perform accounts receivable functions, manage warehouse inventory and off-site storage physically and manage the inventory within our database. Position will unload pallets, boxes and related mail and receive physical inventory, ship physical inventory, maintain associated documentation, perform accounts payable functions such as vendor statements and purchase orders, manage RMAs and warranty replacements and ensure a positive client experience. Position must be able to lift 50 pounds and will work as a backup delivery drivers so a valid drivers license and clean driving record is required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have a strong passion for communication and customer service.
