Automotive Collision/Body Technician

Spokane Washington

We are an independent, local family-owned Collision/auto body shop looking to add a full-time, experienced, and high quality Collision Repair Technician to join our team.

Get paid for OEM quality repairs, Flat rate Pay plan, Close-Knit Team with Benefits including Health care, PTO, Sick pay, and paid holidays.

Flash's Auto Body & Paint specializes in OEM repair procedures using factory parts, and is committed to being Spokane’s premier OEM certified collision center. We are a founding member of WICRA (Washington Independent Collision Repairer’s Association) who is committed to making a difference for the collision repair industry and especially in the Spokane market place.

Requirements:

Applicants must be committed to following OEM repair procedures, using a dedicated fixture frame bench as well as standard drive on frame bench, performing panel bonding and riveting, proper STRSW and MAG welding techniques, be able to complete 80 hours/flag units per week and be excellent at documentation of repairs. This position will operate under the direction of our Production Manager. Commitment to keep the workspace clean and attention to detail are a must.

Our shop operates Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm with major holidays off. We offer competitive wages, a benefits package, and Paid-Time-Off as well as sick pay. Our team members are regularly offered opportunities for industry training, hosted by certified and recognized automotive organizations.
