Skils'kin is looking for full-time Custodial Crew Supervisor that will also be responsible for our floor care needs to work at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, MT. We are looking for a person in this area who has strong commercial floor care experience. We also prefer commercial custodial experience, but will train the right candidate in this area. Our MAFB Custodial crews service 55 facilities year round. As a Custodial Supervisor, part of your time you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of our Custodial Services Contract as directed by the Project Manager on Malmstom Air Force Base. This will include coaching and training of employees with disabilities with the goal of giving them the skills and experience to fully participate in their communities through employment. Part of your time you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our carpets and hard floors as required by the contract. In the role as a Floor Care Supervisor your responsibilities would include primarily performing the daily floor care operations services. Additionally, when necessary, this position assists with general restroom cleaning and sanitation of Air Force Base facilities. You will work directly with the Manager and Assistant Manager to coordinate schedules and deadlines. You will ensure continuous improvement of performance standards. You will conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets contract standards and provide feedback to team members to improve performance.

Due to the requirements of our floor care responsibilities, your schedule may include some weekend and evening shifts. Schedules are subject to change at management’s discretion for the good of the operation.

Education/Experience:

You must have empathy and respect for individuals with disabilities.

We prefer candidates with a high school diploma or GED.

Commercial floor care experience is required for this position. We also prefer commercial custodial experience, but will train the right candidate in this area.

Compensation & Benefits

This is an hourly paid position and pay is issued every two weeks. As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, and 401K.

Service Contract Act employees benefit from 10 paid Federal Holidays off as well as earned vacation hours beginning after the first year of service.

Other Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years of age, and have a safe driving record determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.

Must be able to obtain a Federal Contractors Badge upon employment.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
