Customer Service Representative

One of Montana's premier collision repair facilities is seeking an customer service representative.

Flawless Auto Body is seeking a team player who is customer focused, organized, and resourceful. A team player who is positive, upbeat, and can handle multiple details, follow-through and help our customers feel supported and appreciated. Also, who is hard working, detailed orientated, and responsible. If you are interested in working in a fast-passed environment, this position is for you!

You will be our first point of contact for our customers. Greeting our customers and assisting them with their requests. You will be answering in-coming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member. You will also be assisting in file maintenance and processing of insurance claims while working with other team members.
