Warehouse Manager

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager who is mechanically inclined and excited to work! Pay can be up to $50,000 per year!

Description:

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, shipping and receiving

Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals

Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

Work closely with accounting to ensure inventory is updated as needed

Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with Companies processes and procedures

Assist team, and other departments as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

3+ years recent experience as warehouse lead or manager, in a fast paced environment

Experience with MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems – MAS90 a plus

Team player and can do attitude

Ability to thrive in a problem solving, safety driven, and value added environment

Ability to work and communicate with all levels of company staff

Wage: Up to 50,000 yearly
