Needs to be available until the end of the snowmobile season (mid April).

Duties

Answer phones

Schedule trips and manage availability of guides and snowmobiles

Keep accurate and neat records of snowmobile reservations

Send confirmation emails in timely manner

Check in guests

Manage paperwork

Check-in and sanitize used gear

Clean office and restrooms
