Fire Protection Engineer (Entry Level)

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and quality-oriented individual with an interest in consulting engineering to join our team as an entry-Level

This position will support the team in providing our clients with: automatic suppression system design, fire detection, alarm and communication system design, code analysis, egress analysis, fire resistant construction analysis, smoke control analysis, as well as general fire protection and life safety concepts and research. The Bozeman Fire Protection department has two licensed Fire Protection Engineers to provide training and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in engineering from accredited college or university
  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degrees will be considered
• Experience with AutoCAD (2014 or newer) drafting system
• General building construction knowledge (preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
