Birddog Distributing, Inc., an online retail company, is seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, answering phone calls, data input, and payment processing for multiple websites and sales channels.

Job Details:

Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Hours Per Week: 40

Wage Salary: $12.00-$14.00/hr DOE

Overview: Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers to take orders, answer inquires and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information on the company and products.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer calls and respond to emails

Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and online chat

Research required information using available resources

Manage and resolve customer complaints

Provide customers with product and service information

Enter new customers on our websites and/or into a QuickBooks data base

Update existing customer information as needed

Process orders, payments, forms, and applications

Identify and escalate priority issues

Route calls to the appropriate personnel or department

Follow-up with customers as needed

Document customer issues or inquiries according to policies and procedures

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered

Key Competencies:

Computer/keyboard experience

Verbal and written communication skills

Online Chat System

Multi-line phone system

Computer software skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
