Allegra of Bozeman - Client Service Specialist

Allegra of Bozeman has been providing professional marketing and communications products and services to businesses and non-profit organizations in the Gallatin valley since 1980. We pride ourselves in being the absolute best and most client-focused provider of marketing/print/mail solutions in the valley.

We are currently looking to add another valuable team member for the position of Client Services Specialist. The successful candidate will work directly with our valued clients to ensure that they have an exceptional overall experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide an exceptional experience for our customers.

Create job estimates and follow up with customers.

Assist customers with ideas and design of projects as needed.

Assist with production and binding of printed materials as needed.

Cross-sell promotional products, mailing services, large format signs/banners

Utilize PrintSmith software to enter and track client projects.

Handling cash and credit card sales.

Answer phones promptly, and communicate with customers via phone and email.

Notify clients as orders are ready.
