OVERVIEW:

S. Conley Sales, Inc. is a Manufacturer Rep Agency in the Commercial HVAC industry, started and headquartered in Bozeman Montana for the past 19 years. We provide services in Montana and Wyoming, with select accounts serviced worldwide.

The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for the management and growth of aftermarket parts opportunities at S Conley Sales, Inc. Intermediate HVAC or Mechanical technical knowledge for this position is preferred. You will work hand in hand with service technicians in the field, our technical resources in-house and at the manufacturing level, to locate and provide the correct parts, in a timely manner, every time. This position is fast paced, with requirements for multi-tasking, high accuracy, maximum attention to detail, attentive customer service, and efficient data entry.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

· Receive and Log all incoming parts requests

· Investigate and Locate the correct part(s)

· Navigate the various parts systems utilized by our manufacturers

· Coordinate with the manufacturer or supplier on price and availability

· Submit a formal quotation to the customer

· Release parts orders upon approval of customer

· Track and Relay shipment dates

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven history of Customer Service Skills – with references.

· Discipline to follow established processes.

· Excellent software user skills with ability to learn and operate multiple manufacturer and in-house software programs. Working knowledge of all Microsoft Suite applications

· Preferred Experiences: construction industry background, wide customer base and/or vendor base

SALARY/ HOURS:

$30 – $50K, depending on experience. Starting at 40hours per week. Full-time benefits starting after 6-month probationary period. Full-time benefits include, matching 401K, health insurance currently including dental and vision, paid vacation and sick leave, standard holidays.
