Warehouse Control Specialist (BILLINGS)

A success candidate will be able to show experience in:

-Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision

-Shipping and Receiving unloading trucks and checking in stock, equipment, and supplies

-Dispatch other Warehouse Staff and assign tasks efficiently

-Manage delivery of stock, equipment and supplies to the field

-Sort and place materials or items according to organizational standards

-Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, work areas, and storage areas neat; Sweep, dust and mop.

-Organize warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times

-Report on status of deliveries and equipment regularly

-Manage Project Inventory

-Responsible for maintenance operations

-Reporting to management and advising on process improvements

-Addressing any problems, obstacles, or challenges

Qualification requirements

-High School diploma or equivalent required

-1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience required

-Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills

-Dependable and Reliable

-Ability to operate all equipment and vehicles, including large trucks and manual transmissions

-Inventory, Equipment Maintenance, and computer skills are required

-A Clean Motor Vehicle Report and Criminal Background

-We are a Drug-free Workplace and testing is required

Physical demands and abilities

-Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear

-Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.

-Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.

-Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

-Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance

-Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

This position starts between $16 to $18 an hour, depending on experience, with benefits offered after the probationary period.
