Our client is looking for a Long-Term Contract ONSITE COVID Tester Administrator in Billings, Montana.

Pay: $25-$30/hr.

· Including observation of COVID-19 rapid screening tests for associates; data entry of results into MSO365 (Excel) and HR Tracking systems (including but not limited to Workday); management of a testing schedule and follow up with associates who are required to test for the week; conduct periodic audits on data entered; resolve customer inquiries (associates, managers and location HR) while upholding the company policy and procedures.

· Conducting observation and management on COVID rapid testing for associates including entry into Excel and HR Systems (Workday).

· Provide associates clear, accurate, timely, and consistent guidance on COVID Screening procedure and direction to the correct HR Shared Services or Local HR expert for additional COVID topics and responses.

· Work Full-Time Hours as determined by the needs of the business requiring early morning and evening hours (as early as 6:00 a.m. or sometimes, 4:00 a.m. and/or as late as 9:00 p.m.) (Might split into two shifts).

· Partner with HR Operations, HRIT, other HR functional area and third-party provider teams to support efficient research and issue resolution Escalate requests, as needed, to appropriate internal and/or external parties and monitor progress until resolution/handoff Periodically complete audits and reconciliation of data.

Related Experience/Requirements:

· Highly detail-oriented with ability to follow up on multiple tasks, shown through demonstrated customer-service or HR Coordinator experience (1-2 years of customer-service experience preferred).

· Demonstrated Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.) Good communication skills, demonstrated ability to communicate difficult or contentious subjects to clients to help them understand the “why” behind a decision.

· Experience handling highly confidential data.
