Finance Systems Administrator (USA Remote)

The Finance Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our netsuite ERP and other financial systems. This role will work closely with the accounting, fin operations, and FP&A teams,  providing support to users across multiple time zones. The Finance Systems Administrator will report directly to the Finance Systems Director.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first line of defense for our financial systems, performing day to day troubleshooting and responding to end user questions via Jira tickets and finance system team emailsHandle basic administrative functions including user maintenance, access and roles, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasksGather detailed change requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriateAutomate processes using Netsuite tools Assist in managing system integrations as well as integrations of newly acquired companies into our existing softwaresTrain new users and grow the Netsuite skill set across the organizationAssist with documenting financial system policies, procedures, and customizations Support end user requirementsAssist end users with reporting requests, such as saved searches, dashboards, and report buildingPlay a role in testing for system implementations and integration Other special projects as required
