Make sure to include both the job title and location of the job if you email me directly.Commodity Buyer:Reporting to the Product Sourcing Manager, the Commodity Buyer leads the sourcing product activities QCD (quality cost delivery) from the development phase until the serial end of life.

The Commodity Buyer manages suppliers QCD performances and support product execution.

Applies and support corporate sourcing rules, process & tools.

Manage suppliers QCD performances and lead supplier QCD performance reviews.

Support product/program execution from a sourcing perspective.

Supplier relationship

Preparation and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers using the standard tool.

Negotiation of cost reduction with suppliers.

Coordinate all activities related to supplier selection.

Inputs provider/contributor for order placement. Fill the ERP with sourcing information. Secure PO placed on time.

Ensure QCD targets achievement, CONQ (cost of non-quality) & claims management.

Track sourcing performance in product development and issue action plan in case of deviation.

Analyze risks and set appropriate mitigation plan.

Contribute to Make or Buy scheme.

Support finance and accounting department to fix invoices issue and manage payable days.

Help to manage quality of sub-contracted products.

Contribute to component end-of-life management and is accountable for information related to last time buy order.

Contribute to audits and ensure that audits are passed without major non-conformities.

Support Sourcing maturity improvement dedicated to tools and processes.

Skills, Experience, Education:Bachelor’s Degree

Previous experience as a Buyer

Experience with Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Sourcing will be a big plus
