Deck technician, and laborers wanted

Complete Decks and Renovations is looking for skilled individuals to join our team! We are a reputable deck and renovation company that prides ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our clients.

We have full time, part time, and seasonal positions to fill.

Positions:

Deck and Renovation Technician

Responsibilities:

- Constructing and installing decks, fences, and other outdoor structures

- Performing renovations and remodeling projects

- Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Communicating effectively with clients and team members

- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements for technician:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in deck construction or renovations

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs and tolerate missouri heat and humidity

-Must be able to stain/ paint

Position: Seasonal General Laborer

Responsibilities for laborer:

- Assisting with the setup and cleanup of job sites

- Carrying materials and tools to and from work areas

- Performing basic tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians

- Learning about deck construction and renovation processes

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements for laborer:

- No previous experience necessary – we will provide on-the-job training

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

- Reliable transportation to job sites

- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the team

Must be able to lift over 50 lbs and tolerate missouri heat and humidity
