Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

Field Service Technician/Labeling Equipment Technician
Conduct field service/repair for customer equipment mainly located in the Southeast
Installation of new equipment as needed
Maintaining/Training and overall support of customer equipment
Phone support/Troubleshooting customer equipment issues
Coordinate service with customer and manager of division

Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic a plus
Must have basic computer skills
Travel is required : Richmond, VA (Frequent Visits), Nashville, TN (Frequent Visits), No international travel required
Position will be remote from home office with occasional visits to main office located in St. Louis, MO
