Must have exp in: Applying knowledge of food sci, food manufacturing processes, ingredient interactions, resource costing, nutrition & unit processes; Dvlping tech'l project plans & timelines; Tech'l report writing; Working on product dvlpmt for consumer goods & identifying dvlpmt opportunities; Quality assurance practices incl utilizing quality mgmt sys & performing compliance activities related to food regulations, product standards and hygiene practices.
