Agile Product Management serves as the internal voice of the customer. Defines system features and participates in validation. Responsible for the scope of work that the Agile Release Train (ART) will complete, and the vision and roadmap for the Agile Release Train (ART). Must be aware of other work being completed within the Portfolio so that they can help teams proactively manage risks and dependencies. The incumbent provides expert content/professional leadership on complex assignments/projects. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.

How You Fit InAs a member of our product and planning team, you will work with product stakeholders to determine the business and technology objectives for your assigned technical product(s). The Digital Product Manager is responsible for the road map and day-to-day management of the different APIs and consumers.This highly technology and business-oriented individual will ensure the effective execution on internal and external projects, delivering the outcomes needed to support these lines of business. The Digital Product Manager will partner with the product marketing teams, external agencies, internal IT resources, and with global subject matter experts, as the forefront member and owner of new and ongoing initiatives. The Product Manager will work with business, strategy and engineering to create a compelling vision culminating with delivery of a disruptive product to market that fits customer needs. Product Manager must possess a broad base of skills and knowledge spanning digital technology, strategy and business planning, engineering and agile/lean development practices. Develop, measure and report performance of all products and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience working on APIs
  • Experience managing the execution of multi-channel web projects from inception through completion to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, error free and meet internal and external stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information.
  • Agile/SCRUM experience specifically in Story/Acceptance criteria development.
  • An ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a rapid and iterative development environment.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented individual who is capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Able to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
  • Utilizing applications like JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, New Relic and/or others.
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies, web content management, distributed systems
  • Experience launching and managing multiple digital products
  • 3-5 years of digital product and/or business website ownership or related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preference in Business or Technology
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Digital Product Manager Responsibilities
  • Subject matter expert and product expert for API or other products that are managed
  • Deep understanding of client needs and market trends, through client interaction and other market research
  • Owning and creating the product strategy and roadmap

  • Lead the customer discovery, solutioning, and implementation for areas of ownership
  • Manages the product backlog and drives priority through risk, value, learning opportunities and dependencies.
  • Understand and navigate dependencies, internal processes, prioritization, and challenges. Coordinate with internal and external share and stakeholders as well as internal IT department
  • Works with Digital Experience Teams, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to perform business analysis and conduct customer research to support current and new product roadmaps supporting multiple business lines.
