If you are an Information Technology professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in ourSt. Louis, MOlocation, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the organization in executing the data & reporting roadmap. Working with key stakeholders, you will capture end-to-end functional and technical requirements to deliver final reports and dashboards. You will interface with our internal customers, IT team, and ComRes platform level data teams.AS A IT DATA ANALYTICS DeVELOPER, YOU WILL:- Prioritize, review, and maintain a multi-year data roadmap and pipeline for the business
- Provide direction to data owners and understand business requirements to deliver insights
- Provide timely response to customers requests, interact with them and get their data in data lake
- Review, design and do the transformations for data loads as may be needed
- Assist business users to develop, test, and deploy reports / dashboards for visualization
- Conduct research on best practices, performance tuning and new and effective methods of data ingestion and analysis
- Complete trainings to enhance your skills for effective data ingestion process.
- Coordinate with IT counterparts to ensure uptime of database, reports, dashboards, and jobs
- Monitor project progress until completion
- Regularly coordinate and communicate project details (progress, issues, action plans, etc.) with partners to avoid delays

- Three (3) years demonstrable experience in providing end-to-end business intelligence solutions
- Three (3) years demonstrable experience in IT support, preferably working with large datasets in various formats and platforms
- Two (2) years demonstrable experience working and connecting with people at various organizational levels
- Proficient in business intelligence, database models, and concepts

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:- Experience in using and developing Domo Reports (Tabelau, Power BI, Hadoop and other visualization tools can be considered)
- Knowledge in Oracle ERP Data model
