Remodeler, Skilled Tradesman (Springfield)

Busy remodeling contractor in Springfield needs a skilled tradesman! Job requirements are:

1). Reliable transportation.

2). Hand tools and the knowledge to use them.

3). Show up, on time, everyday.

4). Be clean cut and have a good attitude.

5). Don't lie or exaggerate about your skills.

6). Be able to pass a drug screen and basic background check.

7). Be able to follow instructions.

I really only have one position to fill. I've tried to fill the lead and have very disappointed with the turn out. The first 1 to 2 weeks will be considered a trial period at $16.00 per hour. I can tell a person's skills within the first day, but I need to see reliability and punctuality before I set a permanent wage. For the right person, this could go as high as 22 to 23 per hour. This person would have to have skills in multiple trades, organizational skills, have a truck and tools, be clean-cut and help take care of my customer. My expectations for finding someone at this skill level is low, but you never know. I really just need some decent guys, who don't use drugs, have decent skills and show up kn time everyday.

We do just about everything, so the more skills and tools you can bring, the better!
