We are seeking a full-time Cashier for the Service Department to be the voice of Don Wessel Honda. This job requires someone who is very customer oriented, friendly, outgoing, professional, and excellent at multi-tasking.

Essential Job Functions:

Accepting payments from service customers

Accept inbound and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments

Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience assisting customers in the service department

Determine each customer's needs by asking questions and listening

Follow up with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs

Provide every customer and potential customer with Legendary ServiceĀ®

Serve as a liaison between customers and other departments to provide Legendary ServiceĀ®

Participating in continuing education through the Honda Interactive Network, including completing testing modules

Essential Job Requirements and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be organized and detail-oriented with a desire to handle situations in the proper manner

Ability to provide excellent customer service by displaying sincerity, enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management

Ability to follow instructions as given

Ability to prioritize and organize workload with limited supervision

Must work well with others and be open to constructive direction
