Maintenance Technician for Rental Property (Springfield)

Our growing property management company is looking to hire a full time experienced maintenance technician. Must have own tools, reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs, plumbing repairs, minor HVAC repairs, and restore vacated units to “ready for rent” condition.

The pay will be based on experience with a benefit package which includes: vacation, holidays and medical insurance.
