Live our mission statement

Promote and sell Lansing's products and services

Make 8-12 sales appointments daily between established and prospective customers

Increase sales and profit margins within a geographic territory

Develop the growth of the branch by consistently securing new business through business-to-business (B2B) sales of siding, windows, and other exterior building products

Cultivate and manage customer relationships

Assist and correct customer complaints

Educate customers on Lansing’s products and services

Help customers increase business while improving their profits


Prior B2B outside sales experience in the building products, construction, or wholesale industry (preferred)

Strong customer service, communication, and social skills

All-around business professional with exceptional telephone etiquette

Ability to work individually and on a team

Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

Commitment to setting and achieving goals

History of strong ethics and high integrity

College degree (preferred, but not required)


Guaranteed base salary with opportunity for uncapped commission
