This role can be remote or at a Thermo Fisher Scientific site, preferably Carlsbad, CA or Tewksbury, MA.How will you make an impact:The commercial excellence analyst will partner closely with the commercial team as well as other functions to provide insight into business trends and support strategic planning that will drive decision making for the commercial organization.What will you do:The role will be responsible for the primary support liaison for Salesforce and Integrated applications as well as the development of future enhancements to ensure full utilization and tailoring of the platform. This role will oversee the Salesforce case management system, will be adaptable and embrace change, as well as having a competent technical understanding to drive projects from start to finish. A vital part of the role will be training Salesforce to users across the business and being the salesforce champion.Consult with stakeholders to gather business requirements for small to large projects.

Analyze feedback and suggestions to develop process improvement.

Identify business solutions to ensure improved user experiences for the commercial team.

Provide expert support for critical commercial business system and processes.

Provide expert advice on application solutions.

Produce functional, technical, and system design documentation.

Facilitate UAT and Regression testing of new Salesforce functionality.

How will you get here:Education:Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a discipline requiring strong analytical skills

Experience:2 years of professional experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, or related field

Advanced Excel knowledge required

Experience with data systems ex. Cognos and SalesForce.com

Power BI experience preferred
