We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and revolutionize the way people interact with real estate technology. As the Director of Enterprise UX Design, you will lead a talented team responsible for enhancing the user experience across our agent and broker tools. Your mission will be to create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces that empower real estate professionals to excel in their roles. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and elevate our digital platforms. You will champion accessibility, the design system, and design hinking both within the design team and to partners.
