RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for Software Engineers to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:The Application Software Engineer will be embedded on a development scrum team with 7 other developers and a scrum master, working in 2 week sprints to develop new TruCare Cloud capabilities used to better serve our members. This is a Full Stack team that works 50% backend development such as Rest APIs and 50% front end UI development.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience Completion of a technical training program (e.g. LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area 2+ years experience with an Object Oriented language such as Java, C, C#, Ruby or Python Experience building and maintaining RESTful Web services Experience with Mongo or another No-SQL Database

Preferred Skills/Experience: GO Experience Mongo Experience CI/CD such as Jenkins or Harness Experience with any of the following is a plus: Gitlab, SQL Server, Angular and AWS/Cloud technologies
