RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for an Application Software Engineer to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities: In this role, the Application Software Engineer will participate in the design, development and delivery of solutions on IVR solution Develop efficient and high-performance call flows Create unit tests to maximize code coverage and cover end to end business scenarios Documents call flows and design as needed Work with other teams to understand scope and design efficient solution The Application Software Engineer will support existing architecture and code Responsible for consistent release management and good change management practices Participate in Agile planning meetings and daily SCRUM meetings to provide software solutions for our platform services for Content Services and CHP Platform services Review and perform troubleshooting analysis of the core application logs As an Application Software Engineer, this role collaborates within the Agile framework, fosters a team approach to software development and delivery

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience AWS Cloud Practitioner preferred Amazon Connect development experience Familiarity with and enthusiasm for DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE best practices, as well as iterative Agile-flavored workflows Experience with Amazon Connect, DyanmoDB, Lex, Lambda, etc. Communication skills

Preferred Skills/Experience: Familiarity with AWS, certifications are a plus Works well with multiple teams Experience in self-service callflows and complex systems/database integrations
