RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for Software Engineers to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities: The Application Software Engineer will participate in the design, development and delivery of solutions on IVR solution Develop efficient and high-performance call flows Create unit tests to maximize code coverage and cover end to end business scenarios Responsible for consistent release management and good change management practices As an Application Software Engineer, you will participate in Agile planning meetings and daily SCRUM meetings to provide software solutions for our platform services for Content Services and company platform services Review and perform troubleshooting analysis of the core application logs Support existing architecture and code Documents call flows and design as needed Work with other teams to understand scope and design efficient solution The Application Software Engineer collaborates within the Agile framework, fosters a team approach to software development and delivery

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required, or 5+ years of experience Amazon Connect development experience Familiarity with and enthusiasm for DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE best practices, as well as iterative Agile-flavored workflows Software Skills Required: Amazon Connect, DyanmoDB, Lex, Lambda, communication skills

Preferred Skills/Experience: AWS Cloud Practitioner preferred) Familiarity with AWS, certifications are a plus Works well with multiple teams Experience in self-service callflows and complex systems/database integrations
