RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for Business Analysts to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO.
Responsibilities: In this role, the Business Analyst will be engaging with stakeholders and SME submitting user stories to flush out detailed requirements to include: Interviewing multiple stakeholders based on customer personas to derive root cause issues and desired results; Extrapolating data and interpreting the results to inform the requirements build and validate desired results are credible Engaging with the assigned scrum teams, including the IT Developers and BSA to refine the requirements to ensure all the information is present to support IT solutioning The Business Analyst will be validating proposed IT solution with the stakeholders to glean a common understanding to the approach Assisting product ownership in prioritization discussions/determinations and interdependency management between teams Assisting the UAT testing team in testing support as needed Develop and refine best practices, processes and procedures related to requirements gathering As a Business Analyst, you will mentor/coach other testing partners those itemsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors; Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results; Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives Software Skills Required: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft OfficeKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
