RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for Business Systems Analysts to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO.

Day to day responsibilities: Software intake standardization/rationalization for multiple client platforms Business Systems Analysts will perform software classification and reduce redundant tools Ensure operational readiness (including Disaster Recovery, ongoing support levels, support training) Support internal tools and processes for maintaining data accuracy in support of a centralized view and access to approved company software Support cross functional New Software Evaluation Process Ensure Application Delivery processes align to the requirements of the Federal Services line of business Provide consultation to business partners regarding software alternatives Integrate Application Delivery processes, in accordance with company requirements, to ensure policy compliance Create/revise policies and procedures for the efficient management of software -assets cradle to grave- As a Business Systems Analyst, you will coordinate the development of Knowledge Base articles to facilitate Service Desk Support Help implement new software rationalization Service/knowledgebase

Performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team: Learn/utilize internal tools Research and classify client software for tracking and lifecycle management Reduce redundant client software titles (establish company preferred software in the company's client software catalog Develop customer focused training overview documents to help customer productivity

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field 2-4 years of prior experience In lieu of education and experience, demonstrated work experience and accomplishments applicable to the level, duties, and scope of this role Experience in analytical and data processing Troubleshoot technical issues Software/system testing skills

Technical documentation skills: System documentation User documentation Process documentation

Software Skills Required: Proficient with office productivity applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, charts, and diagrams, etc.)

Preferred Skills/Experience: Familiarity with client software Good customer service skills to interface with teams and leaders to understand Experience with implementing new Systems
