RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for Business Analysts to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO.

Day to day responsibilities: Decision Maker for the progress of the product to continue to move forward Leader of the product you support Subject Matter Expert of the product(s) Collaborates with other Product Owners, teams, and across departments Communicates the vision with the journey roadmap in mind Voice of the customer by which you continue to keep value and the business need in mind throughout the development process Research opportunities to improve processes and owns the product Owns the product vision and strategy Single Point of Contact for the Team for Prioritization & Requirements Research & analyze business system issues & develop recommendations to improve processes Write and capture user stories and acceptance criteria to communicate clear product objectives and requirements Obtain stakeholder approval of requirements Build a backlog of product features ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized Prioritize and refine story backlog and features Collaborate with technical teams to build modular and reusable solutions, acting as the voice of the business users Approve each feature and continuously communicate with technical and business teams to ensure adherence to product vision and to proactively evaluate risks Conduct & coordinate User Acceptance Testing Drive sprint and release plans and communicate changes to business teams Collaborate across Products to ensure optimal business value delivery Focus on Value

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience SAFe, POPM, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Alliance preferred 2+ years of business process or data analysis preferably in healthcare experience Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred Software Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred

Preferred Skills/ Experience: Strong Product/Agile methodology background Deep knowledge of specified product domain and industry trends Knowledge of Information Technology
