RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for Senior Business Systems Analysts to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO.

Day to day responsibilities:Senior Business Analyst - Initial Main Focus Area - Build Portfolio/Intake/Demand:We need someone that is open to building something from scratch and then maintaining what they have built. We need a portfolio, intake and demand person with experience that has seen it implemented in many ways and has learned from their successes and failures. We have different areas that will require a lot of collaboration and working well with others outside of your area. The overall goal is to build an intake for demand that meets the needs of all our stakeholders and customers of the information. We need to partner with our process owner in this process and maintain it. Part of this role will include prioritization and possible committee to help the organization understand the priorities of all the work of the organization. This person will need to be willing to learn and take on new things outside of their role and change over time.

Additional skillsets that we are looking for: Project, program, portfolio, and intake/demand experience Understanding of leadership level reporting and collaboration, leadership presence, facilitation skills, builder of new products and services from scratch, and overall, a jack of all trades as this role will change and morph based on new demands from our customers Software Skills required: Portfolio, program & project management tool experience; MS tools
